Including more options for what e-mails you get!

Hi all,

I finally got around to implementing a couple of Substack’s new features: a magazine-style homepage, and site sections. Here’s what it looks like:

Check out the homepage, but one benefit of the site sections that I wanted to call out is that you can choose to subscribe to a subset of posts here.

From the website, if you click on the user menu in the top right and then “My account”, you’ll see the following options for e-mail notifications:

I may add more categories over time, mostly as a way to organize my posts. And by default I’ll include you in new categories (and I obviously hope you’ll stay on them). That said, if you don’t want to hear about, say, Covid, you can unsubscribe from Covid Corner. Or if you don’t care about productivity and more, then you can unsubscribe from the Human Optimization Project.

So hopefully this helps! No action is needed on your part, but I hope you do leverage this option rather than unsubscribing in full if it ever gets to that point.
